Setting up the My Subscription section in Aussie Timesheets Onboarding is the first step to managing your account and user access with ease. This feature gives you full control over your subscription details, allowing you to configure your default super, settings and add users — all from one convenient location. In this article, we’ll guide you through how to access and configure your subscription settings to ensure your onboarding system runs seamlessly.
If using the paid version of ATS Onboarding, this information can also be entered into documents using placeholders. (You can learn more about document placeholders in this article: ATS-Onboarding-Video-Demonstration)
Setting up My Subscription:
Click on My Subscription, and most of your personal and company data will already be prefilled with the information provided when the account was created. All of this information can be updated or changed if needed.
Subscription Details:
This covers information about your subscription and company, such as your Current Plan, Legal Company Name, ABN, Primary contact, Business address and more.
Users:
This is where you can add more users who may need to access the manager side of ATS Onboarding or receive notifications.
Three types of Users can be added in ATS Onboarding:
- Admin User - Have full access to all areas of the onboarding account, including documents, employee records, filters, and notification settings. Admin Users can view and edit all information and manage account setup and subscription details.
- Normal Users - Have access to the Dashboard and full view and edit permissions within the Employees section. However, they cannot modify account setup or subscription details.
- Notification Only Users - Do not have access to ATS Onboarding, but can be added to receive relevant notifications via email.
Default Superannuation Details:
You can enter or edit your default superfund details here. These will autofill on the Super Choice form for employees who choose to use the company's super.
Employer Signature:
The Employer Signature field is used to auto-fill on all documents that require the employer's signature and use the signature placeholder. E.g. Tax file declaration form.
Subscription Settings:
These settings help you secure your subscription with Two Factor Authentication and allow or disallow specific processes.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication - Turns on Two-Factor Authentication for logins, but has a skip button.
- Force Two-Factor Authentication - Removes the skip button on the two-factor authentication screen, forcing users to complete it to continue.
- HR Managers manually submit data to Payroll - Requires managers to manually push a new employee to payroll from onboarding, rather than have it pushed across automatically. We recommend ticking this box so you can confirm and (if necessary) edit their details before they are pushed over to Payroll.
- Employee Profile Pictures optional - Ticking this box allows you to add and save employees without requiring an employee photo during onboarding. They can be added to the profile later.
- Record Document Views by Employees in their History - Toggling this shows whether an employee has viewed their documents and how many times they have accessed them. This can be seen in the employee profile.
- Enable Employee Onboarding - This allows employees to onboard themselves via a dedicated page/link and is helpful for bulk onboarding. (e.g. an agricultural business needs to onboard a cohort of employees so they load the page on a tablet and pass it around to be filled out)
It also includes a QR code that can be generated or printed out so employees can onboard with their own devices.
PaySync Settings:
This is where you paste your PaySync API key for when you want to connect onboarding to PaySync:

Now you have set up your subscription profile and main details!
